Registered Dental Hygienist (Mondays in West Seattle)

This is a truly collaborative "dental home," and they are looking for an RDH to join their team every Monday. The practice operates with a focus on quality time, providing one-hour recall appointments and 90-minute blocks for new patients and SRP procedures. It is a busy, well-coordinated environment with three hygiene columns and a doctor’s column running simultaneously. Role Overview

• Schedule: Mondays, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).

• Compensation: $65.00 - $78.00 per hour (based on years of experience).

• Clinical Expectations:

  • Single-column hygiene practice with a focus on co-diagnosis.

  • Responsibilities include standard hygiene duties, room flipping, and tray sterilization.

  • Commitment to high-quality, personalized patient care is the top priority.
