Position Overview

The Administrative Professional will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in through treatment planning and follow-up. The ideal candidate has previous experience presenting treatment plans, coordinating care, and managing front office responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and present treatment plans in a clear and supportive manner

Assist patients with scheduling, financial discussions, and treatment follow-up

Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Communicate effectively with providers and team members

Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and professional approach

Support daily office flow through strong organization and time management

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice

Strong administrative and front office skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
