Administrative Assistant (20 Hours per Week)
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable individual for a part-time Dental Receptionist / Office Assistant role to support the daily front-office operations of our dental practice. This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent morning schedule in a professional healthcare setting. Morning availability required, typically 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assist with general administrative and office tasks
Provide support to the clinical team as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
