Job Description
The team at Barrhaven Dental Centre located in Ottawa, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.
The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Abeldent and RecalMax experience an asset
1 year of experience is required as an Administrative Assistant
Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent] is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
