Job Description

Vision Dental Partners is a growing, doctor-led dental group expanding in the Tampa Bay area. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our established St. Petersburg practice.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands how a dental office works and can confidently support patients, manage the schedule, work through insurance and financial questions, and help keep the front office organized throughout the day.
The right person will be dependable, professional, comfortable in a busy dental environment, and someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

You communicate clearly with patients about appointments, treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements.
You follow up on outstanding items and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
You communicate well with the clinical team and practice leadership.
You stay calm, organized, and professional when the office gets busy.
You take ownership of your responsibilities and look for ways to help the practice succeed.
