Admissions Assistant/Receptionist

Come work for 5 star Medicare rated Skilled Nursing Facility (Lake Balboa Care Center)
Looking for a FULL TIME person but must be able to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:30-5pm and 3 days during normal work week.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T WORK WEEKENDS
Responsibilities:

- Assist with admissions process by providing administrative support

-Speak to families, physicians, and case managers on phone

-Conduct New Admission packets

-Answer phone calls as necessary
Qualifications:

- GED or High School degree

-Medical Assistant Degree preferred

-Previous work as receptionist or in customer service industry

-Multiple years working in health care a plus.
