Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the front desk
Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and care, including intake documentation review
Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and answering patient questions regarding aesthetic treatments
Prior experience in a medical office setting or dental clinic environment is highly preferred
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite; typing speed of at least 10-key for efficient data entry
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette
Knowledge of health information management practices and clinic administrative support procedures
Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality at all times. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
