Job Description

Experience isn’t required to join our team. If you’re the right fit, we will train you through our comprehensive, hands‑on program that introduces you to the fun and rewarding world of orthodontic assisting.
Our assistants play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience. We’re looking for someone friendly, detail‑oriented, and motivated—someone who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and contributing to a positive team culture. You’ll learn side‑by‑side with our skilled trainers, who will guide you step‑by‑step and prepare you to work independently with Dr. Dave.
We love cross‑training and encourage continuous learning. If you already have dental or orthodontic experience, that’s a bonus. If not, we’re excited to teach you. If you thrive in a fun, fast‑paced environment, we’d be thrilled to connect with you.
