We are seeking a highly skilled, efficiency-driven Associate Dentist to join our practice 1–2 days per week. This role is designed for a clinician who operates at a high level clinically, values ethical care, and wants to work in an environment where both quality and production are optimized without compromise.

Doctor-Led Hygiene & Perio Model
This role includes:
Exams and checkups
SRP (Scaling & Root Planing)
Ultrasonic and light scaling for appropriate patients
This is not a hygiene-heavy position, but rather an efficiency-based model where the doctor maintains control of diagnosis and periodontal care when appropriate.

High-Value PPO Structure as well as insurance options with No Maximums.

We operate with premium negotiated fee schedules (2–3x typical PPO rates) and the ability to perform full mouth work with no limits, resulting in significantly higher production per procedure and strong case acceptance—without compromising ethics.

An experienced team ensures smooth scheduling, clear communication, and high treatment follow-through.

Compensation & Production
Average daily production: $7,000 – $15,000+
Competitive base or % of collections
Bonus structures aligned with efficiency and quality
Earning potential significantly above market on a per-procedure/patient basis

Strong clinical skill set across general dentistry
Proficient and comfortable with:
Exams and diagnosis
SRP and periodontal management
Efficient hygiene execution when needed
