We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, locally owned dental group in Petersburg and Colonial Heights. Our organization operates five successful, high-volume practices in the Richmond area and continues to grow.

This opportunity is currently intended to help support our offices over the next 3–4 months while additional doctors complete credentialing and onboarding. However, due to continued growth and strong patient demand across all locations, there is significant potential for the position to become long-term or permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of general dentistry and enjoys providing high-quality care to a large and established patient base. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team in a fully digital, state-of-the-art environment with modern technology and equipment.

Pay: $200,828.25 - $300,000.00 per year
