Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our experienced dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient interaction skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat various oral health issues, including performing oral surgery, and restorations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Manage patient records using Dental software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental office procedures and familiarity with medical terminology.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Bilingual (spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per day
