Job Description
Mansfield, CT: Full Time Dentist; $10,000 signing bonus and future partnership opportunity!

Mansfield, CT Dental has a large patient base with significant new patients added each month. The practice has a total of six operatories with two to three hygienists on each day. The practice accepts Delta Dental and Anthem Blue Cross insurance, otherwise it is a fee for service (FFS) practice and does not accept Medicaid.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist to step immediately into a clinical leadership role within an established, successful practice. The current owner is seeking a dentist who is ready to take the lead, provide clinical direction, and help guide the practice into its next chapter.
This opportunity also offers a unique path to practice ownership, with the ability to earn equity over time without requiring an initial financial investment.
The practice has loyal, long-term staff who love to work with each other. This family practice is conveniently located right off route 6, and is close to busy cities, Willimantic and Hartford. Compensation/Benefits/Partnership
Collections-based salary with guaranteed annual compensation one year after joining the practice. After just two years, there is the potential for equity ownership/partnership in the practice. The practice covers malpractice insurance, has a high-quality CE and mentorship program, and offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
