We're seeking a caring, ethical, and skilled associate dentist to join our team. What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in doing dentistry the right way. The ideal candidate:
Has strong diagnostic skills and can develop accurate, appropriate treatment plans based on thorough clinical exams
Practices with honesty and integrity, recommending treatment based on what's best for the patient
Has excellent chairside manner and takes time to build trust and rapport with patients
Communicates clearly, helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions
Is a collaborative team player who works well with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
Is invested in long-term relationships with patients — the kind that lead to patients returning and referring their friends and family
Is motivated to grow professionally and continually improve their clinical skills

Qualifications
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program
Active PA dental license (or eligible)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
