Associate Dentist – Visa Sponsorship Available

Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based dentistry
Perform comprehensive general dental procedures
Develop and present treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Eligible for or currently holding a Massachusetts dental license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
Ability to build strong patient relationships
Interest in long-term growth within a private practice setting
Compensation
