Job Description
We are an established, privately owned dental practice welcoming approximately 45 new patients per month in Hampton, VA . We are seeking a personable and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team 3 days per week. This position is becoming available due to the upcoming retirement of our current associate, providing an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with an existing patient base and consistent patient flow.
Schedule
This is a 3-day-per-week position.
Mondays off
Fridays required: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
The remaining two workdays can be discussed based on practice needs and candidate availability.
No weekends
Compensation
32% of adjusted production
No lab deduction
Competitive initial daily guarantee during the transition period
Established patient base and schedule
Strong earning potential without a 5-day workweek
About the Practice
Our practice has an established presence in the Hampton Roads community and focuses on providing high-quality comprehensive dental care in a professional, patient-centered environment.
Our associate will have the opportunity to practice with clinical autonomy while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. We are looking for someone interested in developing a long-term relationship with the practice and our patients.
Ideal Candidate
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Virginia dental license or ability to obtain one
Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Experienced dentists and new graduates are welcome to apply
Start Date
We anticipate the position beginning in approximately 5 months (January 4, 2027) and are beginning our search early to allow plenty of time for the right candidate to transition into the practice.
