General Associate Dentist
Carlisle, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
A busy, well-established private dental practice in Carlisle, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced General Associate Dentist to join our growing team.
Our practice has proudly served the community for over 50 years and is led by two generations of dentists. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment with an excellent team and a loyal patient base.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general dentistry
Enthusiastic, hardworking, and patient-focused
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team player with a commitment to excellence
Motivated to provide comprehensive, high-quality care
Clinical Opportunities
Our doctors provide a wide range of treatment, including:
Comprehensive restorative dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry
Root canal therapy
Extractions
Dental implant placement and restoration
TMJ therapy
Sleep apnea treatment
Compensation & Benefits
Option 1: Approximately $200,000–$400,000. (Based on collections)
Option 2: Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications)
Established patient base with excellent earning potential
Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
