Associate Dentist — $300K-400K Potential, Full Autonomy, 5 Growing Indiana Locations

We are looking for a caring, skilled Associate Dentist to grow with us, and we have opportunities at all five of our Indiana practices: Fort Wayne, Huntington, Indianapolis, Warsaw, and Greenwood.

You will join a supportive, close-knit team in a state-of-the-art, fully digital office with a steady flow of patients who count on us. From children to adults, you will have the autonomy to deliver the kind of thoughtful, personalized general dentistry that changes how people feel about going to the dentist.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You
Hold an active Indiana dental license (or are eligible to obtain one)
Have at least 1 year of experience practicing dentistry
Are confident performing surgical extractions and molar endodontic procedures
Love educating patients and serving people from all walks of life

Schedule & Locations
This full-time role is mainly weekdays, with the occasional Saturday. Hours vary by location and we are happy to walk you through them when we talk. You can settle into one home office or float between nearby locations — whatever works best for you.
