Job Description
EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY for a Full-time, permanent Associate in a privately owned, thriving office in downtown Spruce Grove. Our patient-centered team is dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare in a supportive and professional environment. As a skilled and motivated dentist, you can expect potential earnings of $300K-$500K annually.
We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about dentistry, forward-thinking, and seeks out opportunities for professional growth
is focused on patient care, and believes in the importance of building strong relationships with patients
is self-motivated and committed to a collaborative approach
recognizes the importance and value of each team member, and contributes to a safe and productive work environment
has experience or an interest in endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, complicated extractions, oral sedation and Invisalign

in-office mentorship and support from experienced colleagues
an educated, established patient base
provider-specific, customized scheduling to maximize production
highly-skilled and enthusiastic RDAs, RDHs and Patient Care Coordinators
experienced practice management and extensive marketing
state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT for implants and endo, iTero scanner for restorative, Guided Biofilm Therapy, and digital radiographs
a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to increase case acceptance
an office who believes in giving back to the community with free dental days, a smile makeover contest, food bank drives and community sponsorships.
We definitely work hard, but we also have fun with doughnut Fridays, staff appreciation days, barbecues, staff trips and other events.
