Job Description
EKOS Dental Group, Florida’s super-GP dental group, is hiring a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our doctor-first, high-performance team.
If you’re a motivated Associate Dentist looking to perform comprehensive dentistry, grow your clinical skills and earn top-tier income, this is the opportunity.
Compensation & Benefits
$300,000 – $400,000+ earning potential
· Daily guarantee + % of collections
· Full benefits package (health, vision, dental)
· One doctor practice only. No splitting patients with another provider.
- This is a new, modern PPO/FFS practice with 60+ new patients per month (No HMO).
· CE allowance + mentorship from top-producing doctors
About the Role (General Dentist / Associate Dentist)
As a General Dentist, you will:
· Provide comprehensive dental care (restorative, crown & bridge, implants, extractions). You will get mentorship on complex cases (VDO opening, cosmetics, FMR, Implant cases) by our clinical director, Dr. Joey Arcay
· Diagnose and treatment plan for long-term patient health
· Collaborate with a strong hygiene and support team
· Perform high-value procedures (implants, cosmetics, surgery encouraged)
We do not have specialists and we want you to be one of Floridas leading Super-GPs

Active Florida dental license
