Experienced dentists (Endo, Implants and Fixed Dentistry a plus) or We'll train the eager candidate!

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient exams, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform a broad range of procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care
Apply preventive treatments such as sealants, fluoride, and whitening
Deliver clear, compassionate treatment presentations and manage patient expectations throughout care
Prescribe medications appropriately (analgesics, antibiotics) as clinical needs require
Maintain thorough, accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Collaborate positively with the dental team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Conduct routine follow-up with patients post-treatment via phone or messaging
Qualifications
Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) — required
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal dental and healthcare regulations
Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills — written and verbal
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
Ability to manage clinical complications for procedures performed
Implant placement certification a plus, not required
Eagerness to grow, learn, and accept constructive feedback in a supportive environment
Compensation
Production-based compensation (32-34% depends on experience)Transparent, no-cap structure that rewards clinical output and rewards providers who deliver excellent, efficient care. Specific percentage discussed during the interview process.
