We are a busy, established private practice in one of Central New York’s most desirable and growing communities. We have stepped away from participation with most insurance plans, allowing our doctors to focus more on comprehensive care and less on the high-volume, low-reimbursement treadmill.

Our current associate is an accomplished “Super GP” who provides advanced care including implants, full-arch dentistry, third-molar extractions and sedation. With his upcoming departure, we are searching for a motivated general dentist who is ready to care for an abundant base of new and existing patients—and grow into the clinician they want to become.

You do not need to arrive with advanced clinical skills. You do need the desire to develop them.

Your opportunity
You will join a practice with:
A strong and consistent flow of new and established patients
Immediate demand for comprehensive general dentistry
The freedom to diagnose and provide appropriate care without corporate interference
A highly experienced team and established clinical systems
The opportunity to expand into orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, endodontics, sedation and full-arch dentistry

This is not an associate position where the owner keeps the best cases and hands you the leftovers. We want you to build a productive patient base, broaden your clinical abilities and create a long-term future within the practice.

Mentorship that goes beyond occasional advice
You will receive direct mentorship from Dr. Mike Grossman, an experienced practice owner, educator, author and Founding Faculty member of The OrthoDentistry MasterKey, a comprehensive orthodontic consultancy for general dentists powered by orthobrain.

Mentorship can be tailored to your goals and may include:
Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
Clear aligner and comprehensive orthodontic treatment
Implant dentistry
Oral surgery and extractions
Endodontics
Practice management and case presentation
Developing the clinical and business skills required for ownership
The goal is not to make you practice exactly like someone else. It is to help you become the confident, comprehensive dentist you want to be.

Compensation and benefits
Guaranteed base compensation starting at $150,000
Significant earning potential through a percentage-of-collections compensation model
