Associate Dentist

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team with flexible scheduling of 2-4 days per week. This is an opportunity to step into a well-supported, collaborative environment with an established patient base and strong clinical systems in place.

Schedule Options:
Monday-Thursday (flexible based on availability)
The ideal candidate is confident treating patients of all ages and is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build long-term patient relationships are essential.

Compensation Structure:
This position will begin with a daily rate, transitioning to a production-based model following an initial onboarding and integration period.
