We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient management. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Conduct pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
Utilize Practice Software for patient management, appointment scheduling, and record keeping.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficiency in using Curve or similar dental office management software.
Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for dental restorations is a plus.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
