Job Summary
Cusp Dental - Clayton Heights Surrey is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care, with a focus on general Dentistry This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall patient experience while ensuring high standards of dental health. Numeration is 35-40 % of collections. Will consider part time minimum 4 days/ week prefer full time.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Provide pediatric dental care with an emphasis on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Previous dental office experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with practice operations.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and staff members.
