Associate Dentist

About the role
We're recruiting an Associate Dentist for our established general practice at 750 West Broadway in Vancouver. You'll join a clinical team led by kind and experienced dentists with a strong existing patient base, full administrative support, and a modern digital workflow. Fridays and Saturdays are preferred but willing to discuss a flexible schedule with the right fit.

What you'll do
Deliver general dentistry to an established and growing patient population
Develop and present treatment plans with clear patient communication
Work chairside with a dedicated CDA and alongside an experienced hygiene team
Maintain accurate clinical records in Cleardent
Contribute to a positive, professional team culture
What you need
Active registration with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) as a dentist — required
Current CPR and malpractice coverage (CDSPI or equivalent)
Solid general dentistry skills: restorative, endo, prosthodontics, routine extractions
Strong communicator — comfortable presenting treatment to patients with varying health literacy
Nice to have
2+ years post-licensure experience
Cleardent software experience
Molar endo, implant restorations, or cosmetic dentistry in scope
Bilingual (asset — patient demographics vary)
