We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Provide a range of dental services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and emergency treatments.
Utilize dental software systems such as Tracker for patient management, record keeping, and treatment documentation.
Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
Familiarity with medical terminology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous.
Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
