Job Description
Growing family dental office is looking for dentist associate to join our team. We are looking for part time/ full time associate dentist to help to grow the office and provide excellent care for our patients. Potential buy-in or partnership for the right candidate.
We are committed to our team safety during Covid-19 pandemic. We have implemented numerous protocols and safeguards to ensure the highest standard infection control for the safety of our patients and our team members.
Qualities we are looking for:
Professional and love his/her job
Be able to establish relationship with patients and be able to take our practice to the next level
Be able to explain patient's needs and be able to get treatment plan accepted by patients.
Be open minded and willing to learn new techniques, new knowledge
Be able to work with co-workers, respect each other , a team player
Have an excellent communication skills
Surgical extractions and molar root canal skills are big bonus
Have fun in the office
Excellent pay with bonus system.
