We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice in Oceanside, California.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice entering its next phase of growth. We are looking for a doctor who values excellent clinical care, strong patient relationships, teamwork, and continued professional development.

The ideal candidate:
Holds an active California Dental License
Maintains current DEA registration and required certifications
Provides high-quality, ethical, patient-centered dentistry
Communicates effectively and builds strong patient relationships
Works well within a collaborative team environment
Is dependable, professional, and growth-oriented
Is interested in building a long-term future with the practice
Experience is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to continued development.
