Alaska Advanced Dentistry is a privately owned, full-service dental practice in Anchorage that has consistently deliverer exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment for over 30 years. We invest in advanced technology — including cone beam CT imaging and in-office 3D printing — and take pride in offering comprehensive care that many practices refer out.
The Opportunity-
We're looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great fit for a dentist who wants clinical variety, mentorship if desired, and a path toward a long-term role in a stable, continually advancing and growing practice — without the politics of corporate dentistry.
What You'll Do-
Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
Perform exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
Collaborate with an experienced clinical team
Opportunity to expand into specialty procedures based on your skill set and interests
What We're Looking For-
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Alaska dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
Excellent communication and team-player attitude
New grads welcome — experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits-
Guaranteed day rate to start, transitioning to collection-based compensation as you build your patient base
CE allowance
