Job Description
Eagle Family Dental is seeking an experienced, confident associate dentist to join our team starting July 2026.
We are a well-established, multi-doctor practice focused on esthetic clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and a positive, team-driven culture. This position is ideal for a dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience who is comfortable treatment planning comprehensively and leading patient care with confidence.
Our office has a strong focus on digital dentistry, including same-day restorations and in-house lab workflows. Experience with digital systems is highly valued.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Confident in comprehensive treatment planning and case acceptance
Strong, direct communicator with patients and team
Enjoys restorative dentistry and bread-and-butter procedures
Team-first mindset in a multi-doctor environment
Takes ownership of patient outcomes and schedule
Calm, steady presence under pressure
Growth-minded and open to feedback
Preferred Experience
Digital dentistry workflows
CEREC or other same-day crown systems
3D printing and in-house lab processes
Interest in esthetic and efficient restorative dentistry
