Job Description

NOW HIRING: ASSOCIATE DENTIST (PART-TIME)
A practice built for patients. A culture built for you!

Most dentists enter this profession because they want to make a real difference in people's lives, and then spend years working in environments that make that harder than it should be. At Uptown Dental, we are building something fundamentally different, and we are looking for a part time Associate Dentist who is ready for it.

Uptown Dental is a busy clinic that is looking to expand its Associate team to meet the need of our amazing patient base. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving team the offers the full spectrum of dental services from exams to complex surgical cases.

Why Uptown Dental? A different kynd of dentistry.

Our mission is straightforward: provide exceptional dental care in an environment where patients feel genuinely safe, respected, and comfortable, and where our team feels the same way. We believe oral wellbeing is integral to overall health and quality of life, and we are committed to treating it with the seriousness and compassion it deserves.

The Opportunity
Deliver high-quality comprehensive dental care across a broad scope of general and restorative dentistry
Perform and develop skills in dental implant placement, restoration, and full-mouth rehabilitation alongside a mentoring team
Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and present clear, honest treatment plans to patients
Champion a patient-centred, anxiety-aware approach to care — from the first consultation to treatment completion
Collaborate closely with the hygiene and dental assistant teams as an integrated clinical unit
What You Bring
Current licensure with the CDSA and ADA, in good standing
1–3+ years of clinical experience in general practice; new graduates with exceptional foundations are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — patients trust you before they even open their mouths
A collaborative, team-first mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
A genuine passion for changing how patients experience dentistry
What We Offer You
Incredible earning potential and the support and mentorship of our ownership group, National Dental Care.

A state-of-the-art, fully equipped eight-operatory clinic with premium technology and digital workflows
Structured mentorship in implant dentistry and advanced restorative procedures
A patient-first culture that aligns with how you want to practice
Partnership and leadership pathway as the clinic grows
A genuinely exceptional team you will be proud to be part of every single day
We believe that a healthy smile is the truest definition of a perfect smile, and we are building a practice around that belief. Uptown Dental exists to raise the standard of what dental care can feel like, for patients and for clinicians alike.

If you are a dentist who is looking for more than just a chair to fill, if you want to build something meaningful, grow your skills, and practice with purpose , this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
