Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $250,000–$340,000+ (Collections-Based)

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and treatment planning
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans while educating patients on their oral health
Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all clinical standards and protocols
Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, coaching, and continuing education opportunities
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
Coachable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning
Interest in expanding into advanced procedures over time
