Overview
We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a busy, established general dental practice in Bakersfield, CA. This position is ideal for a reliable, clinically confident dentist who wants a consistent schedule, strong patient flow, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a private practice setting.
Schedule
5 days per week, plus 2 Saturdays per month

Work collaboratively with the dental team
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and clinical standards
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license
CPR/BLS certification
NPI number
Strong communication and chairside manner
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Compensation
