Associate Dentist

We are seeking an exceptional associate doctor with aspirations far beyond simply collecting a paycheck and performing routine dentistry.

This is a unique opportunity to join a premier general dentistry practice with a high focus on cosmetic, implant, and sedation dentistry with exposure to advanced procedures that most associates spend years trying to access, including:
Full-arch implant rehabilitation
Complex prosthetic reconstruction
Single implant placement and restoration
Ceramic implant dentistry
IV sedation dentistry
Oral sedation dentistry
Tertiary-provider anesthesia cases
Digital dentistry and surgical guide design
3D printing and guided implant surgery

OUR MODEL
We are expanding delivery hours within an established practice and intend to operate a shift-based schedule that promotes both productivity and quality of life. Our goal is approximately six-hour clinical shifts while maintaining a highly productive environment.

The practice currently possesses significant untapped capacity and opportunity. We are looking for a doctor who wants to help unlock that potential. This position is intended to evolve into a partnership opportunity for the right individual. Long term, we envision multiple equity partners, additional locations, and continued expansion of advanced treatment offerings.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
If you cannot comfortably perform root canal therapy, this position is probably not a good fit.

If you have no interest in learning implant placement, digital workflows, surgical guide design, 3D printing, and advanced treatment planning, this position is probably not a good fit.

If you are looking for a position where someone else fills your schedule, closes your treatment, manages your growth, and creates your success for you, this position is probably not a good fit.
