ASSOCIATE DENTIST OPPORTUNITY

About Our Practice
We are a thriving multi-doctor practice with a strong reputation built over many years in the Belmont/Rockford community. Our facility features:
10 fully equipped operatories
A team of 5 dedicated hygienists generating a consistent, high-quality patient pipeline
A collaborative clinical environment
Open Dental software platform
Modern technology, streamlined workflows, and systems-driven operations
You will step into a busy, established patient base from day one — no cold starts, no building from scratch. Just great dentistry with the support to do it well.

�� Financial Compensation
$150,000 guaranteed base salary for Year 1 — so you can focus on clinical excellence
without financial stress
Year-end production bonus: If your personal collections exceed the equivalent of your
guaranteed draw, you transition to 30% of collections — whichever is greater
Clear, transparent compensation model with significant upside as your patient volume grows

Malpractice (professional liability) insurance paid in full by the practice — you are covered, period
