Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team in Burlington.
This position begins with coverage for one of our associates while they are out of the country for approximately six weeks starting mid-August. Upon the associate's return, the owner is planning to reduce clinical hours, creating an ongoing part-time opportunity with a very similar schedule.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practices conservative dentistry, and wants to become part of a supportive team that truly enjoys working together.
Schedule:
Approximately 2 days per week
One evening per week
One Saturday per month (half day)
Some flexibility with days and hours for the right candidate
There is also potential for additional days and hours in the future as our practice continues to grow.

We are a close-knit group that genuinely supports one another, and our culture is one where everyone pitches in when needed. We truly enjoy working together, and our patients often comment on the warm, welcoming atmosphere we've built.
Our philosophy is centered around conservative, ethical dentistry, with a focus on educating patients and providing treatment that is genuinely in each patient's best interest.
We also have a sister practice, Headon Dental, located just 8 minutes away. While this position is based at Family Dentistry at LIV, there may be opportunities to pick up additional clinical days through vacation coverage and scheduling needs at our second location.
We're a modern, fully paperless practice equipped with:
Digital charts and digital radiography
3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner
Intraoral cameras in every operatory
Compensation & Benefits:
40% of collections
Two weeks of vacation to start
Potential for increased hours as the practice grows

Is licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario
