Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and pediatrics-focused treatments.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic findings.
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for charting, scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental techniques, materials, and industry standards including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for restorative work.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, medical terminology standards, and infection control procedures.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus.
Proficiency in dental office management software such as Dentrix and familiarity with Epic electronic health records system.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care.
Experience working in a busy dental office environment with excellent patient communication skills.
Knowledge of CAD technology for designing restorations or prosthetics is preferred.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
