What You'll Do
Clinical Excellence
Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
Develop and present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive care
Perform simple extractions, prosthodontics, and other procedures consistent with your skillset
Educate patients and build long-term trust
Team Leadership
Lead by example clinically and professionally
Help mentor assistants, hygienists, and newer team members
Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and patient experience
Foster accountability, positivity, and growth within the team

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has several years of clinical experience and strong restorative skills
Enjoys mentoring and developing others
Is confident leading conversations with patients and team members
Understands the business side of dentistry while maintaining a patient-first mindset
Values collaboration over ego
Wants to be part of a practice where their voice matters
Is seeking a long-term professional home rather than simply another job
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree
Active California dental license
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with comprehensive treatment planning
Experience with digital dentistry preferred
Experience with extractions, endodontics, Invisalign, implants, sleep dentistry, or Botox is a plus, but not required
