Do you like practicing dentistry comprehensively in a tight knit community?
Rivers Dentistry is seeking to add its first associate to help expand our practice and grow into the future.
The associate's preferred practice style can be taken into consideration and there is room for strategy on how you would fit into our vision.
Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients
Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures
Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
Stay current with advancements in modern dentistry
Skills
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly
Strong treatment planning and communication skills, the ability to treatment plan comprehensively
A passion for restorative dentistry is important
Specialty skills are welcomed, but not required
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dental diagnostics
Effective communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and building rapport with diverse patient populations
