Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a desire to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Provide comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ensure infection control protocols are followed and maintain an aseptic technique during all procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and care instructions.
Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in dental technology.
Skills
Proficiency in dental software is preferred.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology.
Ability to perform dental fabrications and utilize medical imaging effectively.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Knowledge of infection control practices within a dental clinic environment.
