North End Dental – Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $150,000–$250,000+ annually (Collections-Based)
Step Into a Busy Schedule at an Established Private Practice
North End Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our thriving private practice in beautiful Colorado Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, relationship-focused dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and wants to step into an established patient base from day one.
We're replacing an existing associate, so you'll inherit a busy restorative schedule with immediate production potential.

If you like treatment planning, crowns, bridges, fillings, emergency dentistry, and building long-term relationships with patients, you'll have no shortage of opportunities here.
Clear aligner experience is a plus but not required.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a dentist with at least 2–3 years of clinical experience who:
Enjoys comprehensive general dentistry
Is comfortable practicing independently
Has strong restorative and treatment planning skills
Communicates well with patients
Values teamwork and a positive office culture
Wants to become a long-term part of the practice
