We are seeking a motivated and personable Associate Dentist to join our established, busy community dental practices at Fresh Coast Dental.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys staying productive while providing quality, compassionate patient care. Our office has strong, consistent patient demand, an established team, and the opportunity to be productive from day one.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays
Schedule is negotiable based on availability
We are willing to work with the right dentist to create a schedule that works for both sides
What We're Looking For
DDS/DMD licensed or license-eligible in Wisconsin
Strong general dentistry and chairside skills
Comfortable in a busy practice
Excellent patient communication
Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated
Interest in building long-term patient relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset and potential interest in ownership

More Than an Associate Position
We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to build something long-term. The right dentist can start as an associate, get to know the practice, patients, team, and community, and potentially transition into a partnership or ownership role if it's a strong fit for everyone.

We are also open to a temporary/locum-to-permanent arrangement for a dentist who would like to experience the practice before making a long-term commitment.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
