Location: Dana Point, CA

Associate Dentist Opportunity – Boutique Esthetic Practice | South Orange County
Our established esthetic and restorative dental practice is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team one day per week (Mondays).
We are a relationship-driven practice known for delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality comprehensive care in a modern, spa-like environment. Our doctors and team are passionate about cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, Invisalign, and long-term oral wellness.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong restorative and diagnostic skills
Excellent chairside communication and emotional intelligence
A patient-first philosophy and attention to detail
Desire to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment
