About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide general dentistry, implants, and periodontal care to patients of all ages. The Associate Dentist will work closely with the office manager and leadership to ensure patients receive comprehensive care and compassion for their dental health needs.
The ideal Associate Dentist will be experienced in a wide array of dental best practices and procedures and enjoy working in family dentistry. We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is hard-working, self-motivated, and has a proven track record for doing whatever it takes to keep our patients smiling. This is a perfect opportunity for a Dentist who is looking for a clinic focused on comprehensive care.
Core Activities
Provide routine examinations and cleanings, including periodontal care
Tooth restoration including fillings, crowns, and bridges
Extensive endodontic therapy including treatment and extractions
Advising and consulting on implant and denture options
Fitting and advising on cosmetic procedures
Supporting office managers and supportive team members with operational needs
Assisting leadership with process improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned

We offer competitive compensation built on base salary, production bonuses, retirement options 401K, short- & long-term disability, basic life insurance, PTO, optional health, dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications:
Certifications: CPR
Licenses: Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Iowa
Education: Graduated from a nationally accredited dental school
Iowa Dental Board: Be in good standing
Years of experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience - will consider new graduates
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 25 – 50 pounds at rare times with or without assistance
Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 10 – 25 pounds at semi-often times
Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 0 – 10 pounds frequently
Environmental Requirements: Moderate levels of sound, including dental equipment; consistent movement between patients; temperature-controlled environment; and consistent work with the general public. Will be around patients needing medical care, bodily fluids, medication, and other substances exposed within a dental practice.
