Job Title: Associate Dentist (DMD/DDS) –
Thriving Family Practice
Powers Family Dentistry has proudly served the Inland Empire for over 30 years. Located in the fast-growing community of Menifee, CA, our modern, patient-centered private practice is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care for the entire family. We offer a full spectrum of services, ranging from general and cosmetic dentistry to advanced treatments.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practitioner looking to step into a busy, well-established practice with a robust, loyal patient base and a steady stream of new patients.
Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for a long-term home or a talented recent graduate eager to learn and grow alongside experienced mentors, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical dental care, including diagnoses, treatment planning, and dental procedures (restorative, cosmetic, endodontics, extractions, and prosthodontics).
Maintain a high standard of patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication regarding treatment options.
Collaborate effectively with our dedicated team of dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient clinical records.
Qualifications & Skills
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted California Dental License (or currently in the process of obtaining).
Current DEA license and CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient-first bedside manner.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
Current Malpractice insurance required.
