Job Description
Associate Dentist Opportunity — Future Partnership Potential - Flexible pay with daily minimum plus commission.
The Crown Dental Arts is looking for an associate dentist who is interested in becoming much more than an employee.
We’re ideally looking for someone with 3–5 years of clinical experience who is confident in comprehensive general dentistry, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and wants to help lead and grow a successful practice.
A little about the opportunity:
Modern, high-end practice with an excellent reputation and strong patient reviews.
Flexible schedule.
Opportunity to take a meaningful leadership role in the day-to-day clinical operations.
The owner also practices clinically, providing opportunities for mentorship and collaboration while giving you significant autonomy.
A team and environment focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, lead the team, and help continue building an exceptional practice.
For the right person, partnership/buy-in discussions can begin as early as six months if both sides feel it’s the right fit. We’re looking for a long-term teammate—not simply someone to fill a schedule.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role—and potentially practice ownership—we’d love to connect.
Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced tools such as digital X-rays and 3D imaging
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs, preferences, and healthcare regulations
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and healthcare diagnosis protocols
Ensure infection control through aseptic techniques, sterilization procedures, and adherence to OSHA regulations to guarantee patient safety
Communicate with a compassionate approach to patient care and education
Communicate effectively with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative care instructions, and preventive strategies to promote oral health awareness
Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team using Four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort
Requirements
Valid state dental license
Pay: From $12,500.00 per month
Benefits:
Flexible schedule
Work Location: In person
