Associate Dentist (Part-Time)
Coffee Creek Family Dentistry | Edmond, OK
Coffee Creek Family Dentistry is a privately owned practice — no DSO, no corporate quotas, no one above us telling us how to practice. We're a modern, tech-forward office with a genuine family feel, and we're looking for an associate dentist to join our tight-knit team for 3 days a week, with real room for the role to grow as our practice grows.
About the Opportunity
Our lead dentist is shifting focus toward larger cosmetic and full-arch implant cases, which means our associates are taking on a growing share of general dentistry — and there's a genuine runway here for the right person to build a strong patient base and expand their role over time.
Ideally, you have experience in endodontics, implants, and complex restorative cases. But just as important: if you're looking to grow into these areas, this is a real mentorship opportunity. Our owner doctor is actively performing these procedures in-house and is genuinely invested in helping associates develop these skills over time — not just handing them off elsewhere.
What We Offer
Privately owned, not a DSO: No corporate production quotas or one-size-fits-all protocols — you practice dentistry the way it's meant to be practiced
Real mentorship: Hands-on exposure to endodontics, implants, and complex restorative cases, with an owner doctor who is actively invested in developing your skills in these areas
Compensation: Daily guarantee plus percentage of production — strong earning potential from day one, without the risk of a straight-commission model
Schedule: 3 days/week to start, with room for the role to grow over time
Technology: CBCT, intra-oral scanning, 3D printing
Efficient days: Well-run schedule with minimal downtime and modern systems already in place
