Job Description
Associate Dentist – Private Practice | El Cajon, CA
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our modern private practice.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Our office is equipped with advanced technology and follows a same-day CAD/CAM crown workflow, allowing us to provide efficient, high-quality care. We utilize Dentrix Ascend practice management software and a fully digital workflow.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree with an active California dental license.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
Experience with same-day CAD/CAM crowns (CEREC or similar digital workflow) is highly preferred.
Comfortable performing:
Root canal therapy (RCT)
Surgical and routine extractions
Bone grafting procedures
Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.
