Job Summary
We are a growing, patient-focused dental office in Elk Grove looking for a caring and reliable Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys providing quality general dentistry in a supportive private-practice setting.
Our office values ethical care, strong communication, teamwork, and a comfortable patient experience. We are looking for someone who can build trust with patients and work well with our clinical and front office team.
Duties
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, crowns, fillings, extractions, treatment planning, and emergency care as appropriate.
Educate patients clearly about diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits, and recommended care.
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation.
Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to support smooth patient flow.
Provide a positive and professional experience for patients.
Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board requirements.
Requirements
Active California DDS or DMD license in good standing.
Current DEA license preferred.
Malpractice insurance required.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Comfortable with general restorative dentistry and treatment planning.
Prior private-practice experience preferred, but motivated newer dentists may also be considered.
