Smiles of Orange is a growing Holistic Functional Airway-Centered dental practice looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team 2-3 days per week. We are a fee-for-service practice focused on providing exceptional, comprehensive dentistry, and we are looking for a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who takes pride in their clinical skills, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to providing a high level of care to every patient. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and interested in expanding their knowledge of biological and holistic approaches to oral health.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice in a more progressive environment and learn how oral health connects with the patient's overall health, airway, sleep, breathing, and function.

The associate will initially receive training and support to become familiar with our practice, systems, clinical philosophy, and approach to patient care. Once we feel confident in their clinical abilities and they feel comfortable practicing independently, they will transition to being the sole doctor in the office on their scheduled days. We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, responsible, and comfortable making treatment decisions independently while having the support of an experienced dental team.

You do not need to have extensive holistic dentistry experience. We are willing to train the right dentist who is genuinely curious and open to learning.

5+ years of clinical experience and comfortable practicing independently
Strong general dentistry skills and someone who is meticulous with details to produce beautiful results
Someone who can diagnose, treatment-plan, and produce at a high level
Keeps surgical extractions / clear aligners / implants in the chair rather than referring out
Knowledgeable about airway dentistry
Team-oriented and professional
Open-minded and genuinely interested in learning holistic/biological dentistry
The Basics
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active California Dental license
What We Offer

Competitive pay (starting at 750+ per day or a percent of adjusted production) based on experience
